Douglas J. McMahon
Mr. McMahon is an Architect in the Applications Division
of Oracle.
He was previously the Chief Architect for the Tools division
for Oracle, and has served as the Chief Architect
for the Applications Division.
Mr. McMahon has had extensive and authoritative experience
in tools, applications architecture, and development
technologies, and is the holder of four patents in the field.
Mr. McMahon has an M.B.A. from University of Virginia
Darden School of Business as well as a B.S. in Computer
Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Steve Mezak
Mr. Mezak has 25 years of experience in computer system
development. He is the currently president of
Accelerance, Inc.,
a software consulting firm specializing accelerating
the software development process for rapidly growing companies.
Steve is a veteran of multiple start-ups,
including co-founder of Aspect Development, Inc., the leader
of the Component and Supplier Management (CSM) system
market and provider to the world's largest computer and
electronics manufacturers.
Aspect had a successful IPO in 1996, and was acquired by I2
Technologies in 2000 for $9 billion.
Mr. Mezak was also co-founder of Digital Market, Inc.,
a pioneering Business-to-Business company in the
electronics parts marketplace.
Digital Market, Inc. was successfully acquired by Agile
Software in 1999.
Mr. Mezak received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Computer Science, with High Honors from Worcester
Polytechnic Institute.
Richard C. Hsu
Mr. Hsu is a partner at the law firm
Townsend, Townsend, and Crew
where he chairs the Technology Licensing Practice Group.
Prior to joining Townsend, Mr. Hsu was a Senior Attorney in the Intellectual Property group of Venture Law Group PLC, a Menlo Park, California-based law firm where he represented over 100 venture backed startup technology companies.
Mr. Hsu received his J.D. in 1994 from the Columbia University
School of Law, and his B.S. in Engineering with Honors
from the California Institute of Technology in 1989.
A. Christian (Chris) MacKenzie
Mr. MacKenzie is currently Vice President of Marketing at Black Duck Software. He has more than 17 years of high technology marketing experience. Most recently, Chris was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Biscom, a software company specializing in enterprise document delivery solutions. In that role, Chris was a key member of the company's executive management team, responsible for launching several software and hardware products. Prior to that, Chris was a vice president at Bear Stearns, an investment banking and securities trading firm, where he was responsible for the development and management of bond trading systems. Chris earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from MIT.
