Asperon Web Directory
The Asperon Web Directory is a directory of the web
that is based on Asperon's
AppProjector
rich client framework. This directory contains
nearly 4 million web sites that have been manually
organized by topic into giant tree using the data from
the Open Directory project.
The tree appears on the left-hand side of the screen
and lets you browse through hundreds of thousands of
topics quickly without losing your place
or requiring a screen refresh.
Once you find the topic you need, just click on the
page that you want to see and that page will be displayed
on the right-hand half of the screen.
Note that the Asperon Web Directory requires HTML frames
and Java to be enabled in your browser. The directory
works with just about any browser on Windows 95 and higher,
Mac OS-X, or Linux.
